Call us at (916) 383-0691 or (800) 232-2626 or e-mail us at
mail@bvfcu.org
and we will send you a membership application. Once you receive the information,
complete the application and return it with a copy of your California or other
State issued driver’s license, ID card or Federally issued Identification Card.
Please enclose a check for $6 (A one-time $1 membership fee will entitle you to
a lifetime membership and $5 will be deposited into your savings account). Once
you have a savings account, you are eligible to apply for all services. To take
advantage of the Payroll Deduction / Direct Deposit Savings Plan or to use the
Automated Clearing House deposits through your checking account, you should also
complete an Authorization for Payroll Deduction / ACH Direct
Deposit Form.
An additional benefit of having a savings account with us is that you are
eligible to apply for a FREE Accidental Death & Dismemberment Policy up to
$2,000 and we pay the premium for you!

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money
laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions
to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person
who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your
name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us
to identify you. We will also ask for a copy of your driver’s license or
other identifying documents.
